Government Affairs Associate, C.S. Hollis & Associates

Austin King brings a strong foundation in grassroots advocacy and legislative research to his role at C.S. Hollis & Associates. Prior to joining the firm, Austin worked on a 2022 North Carolina House legislative leadership campaign, where he focused on community outreach and grassroots organizing. He collaborated with senior campaign staff to coordinate strategy, manage events, and prioritize campaign activities.

 

At C.S. Hollis & Associates, Austin supports a wide range of client initiatives before the North Carolina General Assembly and local governments. His responsibilities include legislative research, meeting coordination, client communication, and monitoring committee activities and policy developments.

 

Austin earned his degree in Political Science with distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he also completed a minor in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. He has completed several research projects and internships, further strengthening his analytical skills and understanding of public policy.
